The 5 Fundamental Components of G.I.F.T.

Strength:  We utilize a cross-fit circuit style training format with multi-joint, multi-angle, functional whole body movements. Each session is 40 minutes or less, because there is NO standing around. PLUS, no two workouts are ever quite the same. You will NEVER get bored!
 

Speed:
We teach all phases of speed training; the reaction, the drive phase, the  maximumal velocity phase, and the deceleration phase.

  

Explosive Power Development: Explosive power training focuses on proper body alignment, and maximizing muscle recruitment in the proper firing patterns.



Agility: Agility is the ability to change directions quickly and SAFELY without loss of speed or momentum. We teach the proper skill sets for every angle and plane of athletic movement.



Endurance: Our endurance programs are custom designed for you. They are specific to your goals, and athletic ability. Each program is broken down into 4 week training blocks. After each block, we evaluate and measure your progress. This will help us develop your next training block. It also ensures that you are training within the parameters of your abilities, and on track to an attainable goal. 




The Cost

Initial Consult  (FREE)

This is a first meeting where we will discuss your athletic objectives and parameters. This will enable us to set realistic goals and design a program that is specific to you and your goals.

Private Training


$60 per 1-hour session within the Columbia area

$80 per 1-hour session outside of the Columbia area *


Semi - Private Training
(3 - 6 individuals) 

$20 each person per 1-hour session within the Columbia area
 
$30 each person per 1-hour session outside of the Columbia area *


Team Training
(minimum 10 individuals) 

$7 each person per 1-hour session within the Columbia area
 
$10 each person per 1-hour session outside of the Columbia area *


Personalized Endurance Training Programs

$90 for initial setup and your first 4 week Training Block, then

$60 for each additional 4 Week Training Block


* All training (except team training) must occur within a 25 mile radius of Columbia, MD.
